Payment Terms & Condition :

  Booking amount is 30% of the total package fee which is to be paid in advance for booking confirmation.
  The due amount should be paid on arrival or part payment will also be accepted within the trip.

Booking Cancellation Terms and Condition :

  Advance booking amount is NON-REFUNDABLE.

Cab Terms and Conditions :

  In case of any emergencies like cab breakdown or any unfortunate incident with driver, your cab and/or driver may get changed.
  Parking/Entry Ticket/Toll should be paid by the guest.
  We and our cabs will not be responsible for any sudden road closure made by the authorities or any natural calamities and Debnath Cab Service Siliguri will not be liable for any kind of refund.
  We will provide you with car registration number and driver contact number and name only. No documentation of car like RC/Blue Book, Pollution Certificate, Vehicle Insurance, Fitness Certificate and permit certificate will be provided.
  In case of any medical emergencies of passengers we and our cabs will definitely help the passenger(s) but we and our cab will not be liable for any responsibility related with such incidents.
  The insurance company of the cab and the driver will be responsible for any unfortunate accident of the cab while travelling with passengers.
  We will support the passenger(s) with utmost help and guidance for any unfortunate accident of the cab while travelling with passengers.
